Believed to be HMS Princess a luxury british gentleman's yacht of approx 730grt sunk on the 11th January 1940 &owned by the British Royal Navy at the time of her sinking.

The Dive

A luxury gentleman's yacht that was later converted to a mine sweeper. She was believed to be sunk whilst at anchor by a stray mine.

She now sits upright and is very intact with bath, toilets and floor tiles in situ. The wreck is lit up by a large growth of white anemones. Even so it can be very dark but well worth the effort, a very interesting dive. As with the other wrecks in this area a DSMB and torch are both needed for this dive.
